4. Analyst and investor event

The analyst and investor event is an information event of the issuer. The aim of the event is to provide analysts and investors with the opportunity to ask one or more members of management or other employees in managerial roles questions about business operations and the asset, finance and earnings situation of the company.

Obliged are issuers

  • in Scale for equities 
  • in Scale for corporate bonds

Briefly, this needs to be done:

  • At least once a year the an analyst and investor event has to be conducted and
  • the date for the event and any appointment change has to be recorded in the Corporate Calendar

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
