What we do
As a Capital Market Partner, CFGI offers a range of services aimed at assisting firms in preparing for and executing Initial Public Offerings (IPO Readiness, IFRS Conversion, Compliance, etc.), being public as well as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). CFGI supports in navigating through complex regulatory requirements, financial and ESG reporting, and ensures compliance with standards. Additionally, we provide financial transformation consulting to enhance the efficiency and performance of our clients' financial functions.
