Who we are

Lilja & Co., is a leading independent capital markets/ IPO advisor with a focus on the DACH region. We support companies and owners on its preparation and execution of capital markets (IPO and secondaries) as well as Dual Track processes (simultaneous pursuit of an IPO and Trade Sale). Over the past 10 years, Lilja & Co. advised on more than 50 landmark transactions with a transaction volume of way above € 50bn

What we do

The core activity of an independent adviser in IPOs and other equity-related transactions lies in being a sounding board and managing the various conflicts of interest between the parties involved and in ensuring a smooth and efficient process, hence resulting in an optimal transaction outcome.

As an independent adviser, Lilja & Co. offers tailor-made and high-quality capital markets advisory services to owners, founders and managements of large and medium-sized companies. Our main service categories are equity offerings (e.g. IPOs, capital increases, secondaries), dual track exits and specialised financial advisory.

What makes us different

Lilja & Co. is owned by its partners with a strong focus on independent advice in connection with equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, capital increases, secondary offerings). Therefore, we do not have any conflicts of interest and our advice is completely independent and unbiased.

By acting as a sounding board, we combine judgement based on experience (senior team with over 100 years of relevant experience) and analytical excellence. In combination with our unique project management services we create transaction efficiency, transparency and security all leading to an optimal transaction outcome.

Based on our comprehensive and in-depth advisory services we were able build an outstanding track record of delivery of successful transactions with a high degree of repeat mandates.
