Who we are
MSW GmbH is an internationally active auditing company in the center of Berlin, which is active as a specialist for corporate finance alongside the core areas of auditing and tax consulting in the market. In particular, the support of national and international medium-sized companies with regard to the capital market as well as start-up companies is one of our complex tasks.
What we do
MSW GmbH offers comprehensive services in the field of auditing, tax advice and economic consulting. The service spectrum covers all types of statutory and voluntary audits of financial statements according to national and international standards, audit-related services, corporate finance, as well as the entire area of tax consulting, business consulting and related commercial and economic advisory services. We are also active in connection with the issuance of bonds as security trustee.
