New application forms for the admission and introduction of securities to exchange trading in the Regulated Market (General Standard und Prime Standard)

With this circular, we would like to inform you about the availability of new appplication forms for the admission of securities to exchange trading in the Regulated Market and the introduction of admitted securities to trading on the Regulated Market at Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange).

With the coming into effect of relevant provisions of the Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), the Regulation (EU) No. 600/2014 (MiFIR) as well as the Exchange Rules for the FWB on 3 January 2018, an adjustment of our sample application forms became necessary.

Market Status XETR

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message

We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
