Deutsche Börse
The first three active exchange-traded funds issued by AllianceBernstein have been tradable on Deutsche Börse since Thursday.
The new ETFs provide investors with access to broadly diversified portfolios of investment-grade corporate bonds. Depending on the product, the investment universe includes corporate bonds denominated in euros, U.S. dollars, or local currencies from issuers in developed and emerging markets.
AllianceBernstein employs a systematic, rule-based investment process. This is based on a dynamic multi-factor approach and utilizes proprietary research, investment, and trading models.
Security selection is conducted using a bottom-up approach. The focus is on analyzing individual issuers, regardless of short-term market conditions. Factors considered include value, momentum, size, quality, carry, and volatility.
An overall score is determined for each security. The portfolio is constructed considering risk metrics, credit quality, and interest rate sensitivity. The goal is to identify securities with attractive risk-adjusted return potential.
