Corporate Action handling for securities traded on FWB

1.  Introduction

With respect to corporate actions for securities traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB), we would like to inform Trading Participants about the determination and application of relevant key dates, such as ex- and cum-dates.

The T7 Trading System indicates the cum- and ex-dates according to CEU.

2.  Required action

Please be aware that the relevant corporate action key dates for the respective security, such as the cum- and ex-date, are determined by Clearstream Europe AG (CEU).

3.  Details

In its role as the central securities depository for the settlement of FWB transactions, CEU is responsible for processing the associated corporate actions. This includes determining the relevant depository (“Lagerstelle”) for the security and processing the corporate actions in accordance with the applicable rules of that depository.
