Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Börse AG for Participation in the Prime Standard for Corporate Bonds, valid as of 21 April 2017

In connection with the restructuring of the Open Market at Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) effective 1 March 2017, the Executive Board of Deutsche Börse AG decided the amendments marked in the attached General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Börse AG for Participation in the Prime Standard for Corporate Bonds (General Terms and Conditions PSfCB), valid as of 21 April 2017.

 

Through the restructuring of Open Market, listing segment Entry Standard has been closed. The amendments to the General Terms and Conditions PSfCB reflect the closure of Entry Standard and also harmonise the General Terms and Conditions PSfCB with other rules and regulations of Deutsche Börse AG (DBAG). Please find a summary of the most important changes in this circular.
