Step 3: Listing Application

The application for a listing is made through the electronic platform eListing, which differs between the Regulated Market and the Open Market.

Application for the Regulated Market

The application for admission to the Regulated Market and the application for introduction to trading must be submitted in general by the issuer (or an authorized third party) via the eListing platform: https://regelli.deutsche-boerse.com.

To access the eListing platform, the issuer (or an authorized third party) must once apply for registration and designate a central coordinator. Please note that registration can take up to two weeks.

Application for the Open Market

The application for inclusion in the Open Market must be submitted by the specialist or Capital Market Partner via the eListing platform.

The application via the eListing platform is made either upon the issuer’s engagement or on the specialist’s own initiative. Due to the neutrality obligation, we cannot recommend a specialist. The specialist or Capital Market Partner will also answer any questions regarding the inclusion requirements.

You can find a list of specialists here and a list of Deutsche Börse Capital Market Partners here.
