In times of multiple crises, managing risk expectations becomes a central task for Investor Relations, both before and after an IPO. In our webcast, we present the results of a survey conducted by DIRK and EY on this topic and provide practical insights into how companies can manage risks internally with risk management and externally through disclosure processes in the capital market. We also highlight the potential value this creates for market participants.

Speaker

Dr. Martin Steinbach is a Partner at EY and Head of IPO and Listing Services in Germany. He is also the EY EMEIA IPO Leader. He focuses on IPOs, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity deals.
